REMEDY

Clean burner ports or perform the

Main Burner Removal and

Replacement Procedure.

Replace broken or missing

ceramics.

Clean air mixer and venturi.

Check and adjust gas pressure.

Perform the Handle Tension

Adjustment Procedure.

Perform the Gear with Bracket

Removal and Replacement

Procedure.

Perform the Carriage Tension

Spring Adjustment Procedure.

SYMPTOM

The heat of one or more burners is

not uniform over the surface of the

ceramic tiles.

Carriage assembly will not stay at

a set height position.

Carriage assembly moves up and

down too easily or too hard.
